Based in the converted Coach House at her 17th century family home, Sarah Baker's cookery school offers classes which are designed to interest a wide range of students, from primary school visits and transition year courses to bespoke adult classes and fun events such as hen and stag parties.
A range of classes is offered, many of them seasonal - The Flavours of Summer, Outdoor Cooking etc - showcasing their own home produce and and that of other local producers, notably members of the Tipperary Producers Group, and the nearby Cloughjordan Village Community farm.Classes on gluten free cooking also feature.
The school is designed for both demonstration and hands-on cookery classes and has its own walled kitchen garden - you can even learn how to grow your own vegetables combined with a cookery demonstration and lunch in a day. Classes packaged with overnight accommodation are also offered.
