La Touche Organics, run by Siobhán La Touche, produces organic fruit and vegetables, apples, juice and flowers.
The range of vegetables grown includes heritage and indigenous Irish varieties, and they take pride in offering quality bagged mixed leaves; a far cry from the standard supermarket offering, they include an average of about ten different varieties of lettuce and are available all year round.
Chefs are glad to have access to this quality produce and you may see it on menus in the area.
They also sell a large range of organic fruit and vegetables that are sourced from other Irish growers and imported.
