One of Ireland’s biggest and most successful organic growers, Philip Dreaper of Coolnagrower Organice Produce has been producing a range of vegetables since 1992 and is renowned for his expertise.

He is famed for his superb carrots and his other main crops are potatoes, swede, leeks, onions and beetroot, which he brings to the mainstream market by selling through supermarkets, as well as organic stores and farmers’ markets.

Philip Dreaper is also one of a number of organic farmers around the country selected to host open days (www.teagasc.ie), when anyone interested is welcome to visit.
