Orla and Sean Clancy produce organic beef, pork and eggs on their family farm, selling them directly to customers and at markets, along with speciality products including soups, sauces, salads and pickles.
They're known especially for the excellent Clanwood Farm Organic Soups that Orla has been making since 2007, earning her an Artisan Food Award in the County Enterprise Awards - and a lot of happy customers.
But they have also got into catering at events and markets and their custom built catering trailer, boldly branded The Organic Kitchen in black, green and white, has become a familar sight around the country. You'll spot the queues forming for their 100% organic burgers with Clanwood sundried tomato relish.
They have cleverly teamed up with other local producers - Coolfin Gardens Organic Bakery (organic bap), Lough Boora Farm (lettuce and onion) and Mossfield Farm (Organic Gouda cheese) - in this enterprise, producing what is effectively a Taste of Offaly burger. Good thinking - and absolutely delicious.
