Formerly the Tower Hotel Derry, this attractive hotel has the distinction of being the only one to have been built inside the city walls. While this does have its disadvantages (the constraints of the site restricted the amount of parking provided, for example), these are offset by wonderful views over the river and a real sense of being at the real heart of the city.
Accommodation and facilities have obvious appeal for both leisure and business visitors - the style throughout is bright and sassy, and pleasingly decorated rooms have everything needed, including hospitality trays, TV, trouser press etc (also a safe in suites).
An attractive bistro restaurant off the lobby has the potential to appeal to non-residents as well as hotel guests. A fitness suite with gym and sauna has a great view across the city.
