Well known chef Mark Doe and his wife Bernie run this cookery school near Farranfore (Kerry airport).
Both have a distinguished track record, Mark having been head chef in many prestigious establishments including the Hotel Ritz in London and Dublin's premier hotel, the Merrion, while Bernie's diverse experience includes the QE2 and The Guinness Storehouse in Dublin - and (a nice endorsement) golfer Graeme McDowell chose Just Cooking for his personal cheffing at the 2010 Irish Open.
Their industry experience led to demand for consultancy services, and they also offer a wide range of courses in their purpose built kitchen for classes of up to 12 students; diverse themes offered include couples 'Come Dine With Me', Men Only and Italian or Thai cuisine courses, along with Saturday morning baking and cooking for special diets (gluten free, Weight Watchers).
They also offer also a 5-week basic cookery course, a series of Kids Summer Camp courses for different age groups - and Hen Weekends!
