Healys Honey

A keen beekeeper, Patrick Healy, developed a business from his hobby when he established this company in the 1970s.

It is now a successful family-run enterprise producing, purchasing and distributing honey, which is widely available from independent stores and supermarkets.

They blend honey from Ireland and other countries (sources stated on the labels), and also offer a premium product, Pure Irish Honey, when available. Production of Irish honey varies from year to year, depending on the weather and other conditions beyond the control of bee keepers; a wet summer results in a smaller crop.
