In business since 1911 and currently in the stewardship of one of Northern Ireland's most respected food suppliers, Walter Ewing, and his sons Crawford and Warren.
Ewing's is the fish supplier of choice for many of the region's top chefs, who appreciate the quality and freshness of their prime fish and shellfish - also excellent cured and smoked fish, including Glenarm organic smoked salmon.
Strong demand for Ewing's products, especially their famous smoked salmon, led to expansion of their Shankill Road premises in 2012 and customers at this modern shop are encouraged to ask what else may be available at the adjacent factory, as some lines may not be on display.
Their legendary smoked salmon is also available online - and the packaging features a portrait of Walter Ewing by Belfast born artist, Oliver Jeffers.
