The famous artisan bakers, Ditty's of Castledawson, use the Suki 'Belfast Brew' (a blend of the best leaves from the best Fairtrade tea gardens in Assam and Tanzania), as an ingredient in their special Moist Irish Tea Cake - it is described by Robert Ditty as 'smooth and bright yet strong and malty - and a true ship builders' brew'.
