Bites by Kwanghi Dublin

 Created by Hong Kong-born and Donegal-raised Kwanghi Chan, Bowls by Kwanghi in Dublin city is a modern Asian noodle and dim sum joint that punches above its weight –a fun, casual spot feels more accessible than many of its neighbouring Asian spots. And, like many restaurant owners, Kwanghi Chan opened a food truck, Bites by Kwanghi, when his Parnell Street restaurant was shuttered during the lockdowns, as a way to keep his staff employed and to stay in business. But Bites by Kwanghi is no ordinary food truck. His fusion street food has been so popular that he not only won the Battle of the Food Trucks on RTÉ, but he then went on to buy a second truck and - for now at least - he has changed his menu at Bowls to reflect his food truck menu instead.
