Situated five miles (8km), 10 minute's drive from the Medieval City of Kilkenny and just under 2 hours from Dublin & 1½ hours from Rosslare.



Coach House I- Sleeps 5/6

Large sitting room with stove,

Adjoining fully fitted kitchen.



Upstairs:

One large ensuite double bedroom,

Two twin rooms and bathroom.



Coach House II - Sleeps 5/6



Ground Floor:

Large sitting room with open fire,

Adjoining fully fitted kitchen,

Large ensuite double bedroom, suitable for the less able.



Upstairs:

Two twin bedrooms and bathroom.





Gardener's Cottage - sleeps 3/4



Ground Floor:

Large sitting room with open fire,

Separate fully fitted modern kitchen.



Upstairs:

One large double bedroom,

One twin room and bathroom.





Additional Information:



* Guests who stay in The Coach Yard have the option of having breakfast in the main house if they wish - at extra charge

* During July and August - weekly lettings only

* Check in time - after 3pm; Check out time - 10.30am (unless by prior arrangement)

* Electricity extra - by meter
