Win a Short Break for Two at Dromoland Castle

Dromoland Castle

To celebrate all the recent news that’s getting 2025 off to an exciting start – including Dromoland Castle’s membership of Ireland’s Blue Book , the many tributes to Managing Director Mark Nolan who retires this month after 35 years at the helm of the iconic 500-acre historic estate, and the appointment of Mark McSorley as its new Resort General Manager for both Dromoland Castle and The Inn at Dromoland - the team at Dromoland Castle are offering one lucky person the opportunity of winning a short break for two at this wonderful place.

The ancestral home of the O'Briens, direct descendants of Brian Boru, High King of Ireland, Dromoland Castle is now one of Ireland's grandest hotels - and, under the watchful eyes of a warmly caring team, one of the best-loved. A stay here, or fine dining in the beautiful Brian Boru Restaurant, is always memorable - and, while there’s great pride in its fascinating history, it's far from being a backward looking place and there’s always an exciting sense of new treats in the making. The luxurious Castle Spa, for example, opened in 2023, and with woodland walks, cycling, archery, falconry and, of course, golf among the on-site activities, many guests see no reason to leave the premises. But that would be a pity as there is so much to see in the area, including Bunratty Castle and the Cliffs of Moher among many other unmissable experiences. So all, round, a perfect destination!

The lucky winner of this free competition will have a short break for two people sharing (Before 31st March 2025 & subject to availability), to include:
•   A 2-night stay for two in a deluxe room
•   Dinner for two in the wonderful Earl of Thomond Restaurant on the evening of choice
•   A memorable Full Irish breakfast each morning
