Food For Thought: Taoiseach Enda Kenny today launched Mayo’s newest food trail, “The Gourmet Greenway”, which is a collaboration between Mulranny Park Hotel and local food producers to showcase artisan foods near and along the route of the award-winning Great Western Greenway with the objective of encouraging visitors to sample and purchase the fare of local food producers and build this gastro experience into their activities in Co.
