A driving force in the region’s food and hospitality sector - and a true Taste of the Waterways hero - the engaging Malaysian-born Euro-Toques restaurateur, chef and cookery teacher Shamzuri Hanifa (‘Sham’), has earned many fans for The Cottage Restaurant in Jamestown.
