Island Golf Club, The

The Island Golf Club is one of Ireland's premier links courses. A mere 15 minutes from Dublin Airport. This links course is located across the estuary from the quaint village of Malahide, just north of Portmarnock.

Balcarrick Golf Club

Balcarrick Golf Club is located in Donabate, North County Dublin - just 15 minutes from Dublin Airport and 12 miles from Dublin City Centre - and is an estuary style golf course, mixing the best of parkland and links golf course styles.

Balcarrick provides year round tees and greens and believe that the greens are amongst the best you'll find in Ireland. Water is a feature on nearly all holes and the Par 3's are particularly challenging. The great value green fee package is designed to balance risk & reward and so provide a fair result for the shots you decide to play!!

This 18 hole Par 73 golf course of over 6800 yards, is GPS enabled and is a popular venue for visitors from home and abroad. The golf club was founded in 1972 under the name of Dublin & County Golf Club, changing its name to Balcarrick Golf Club in 1992. The golf course was initially designed by Barry Langan and its re-development by Roger Jones in 2007 has received international acclaim.

Beaverstown Golf Club

Beaverstown Golf Club's unique design, laid out on 132 acres that includes 20 acres of mature apple trees, borders the shores of Rogerstown estuary and nature reserve. It makes the best use of these and its other natural features - six lakes and a stream which meanders through the course – to make your visit a golfing experience.

With water coming into play on twelve holes and the aforementioned apple trees lining eight holes, premium is placed on accuracy off the tee, providing a testing challenge to golfers of all abilities.

Originally designed in 1982 by the legendary Eddie Hackett (Old Head of Kinsale, Connemara, Waterville, Enniscrone,) and remodelled by Peter McEvoy OBE (Fota Island, Rathsallagh, Powerscourt), the course is a true test of golf.

Located just 6km north of Dublin Airport, just off the M1 motorway, a trip to Dublin would not be complete without playing this hidden gem of Irish golf.
