Duck leg, braised red cabbage, artisan black pudding with apple & prune

Lamb rump marinated in yoghurt & Asian spice with moussaka.

Irish Salmon, buttered leeks, salsify root infused in orange

Crisp Confit of pork, on choucroute with a charcutiere sauce

(V) Smoked gubeen cheese & risotto fritters with a sweet pepper compote
